EVEN WITH THE BEST PSYCHOTHERAPIST, SOMETIMES, NO AMOUNT OF TALK IS GOING TO HELP.

Sometimes, our bodies are running the show in our minds — and our lives. Most therapists overlook this, and talk therapy never ends. Unless

Unless, one gets a much better therapist than that. Terry Klee is certified in the scientific knowledge of how your physical health pushes your mind around.

So, whether you’re coming in for couples therapy or individual psychotherapy, upon your request, Terry will include an action plan of nutritional psychology — which means we will evaluate your basic physical health and take a look at how a few tweaks could make you feel better in big ways. Of course, this is not a substitute for your Wellness Visits with your medical physician; this is psycho-education of your personal health.

TO IMPROVE BOTH PHYSICAL AND SPIRITED WELL-BEING, WE WILL:

  • Assess your overall physical health based on a physical pain assessment, a cortisol-stress intake, a family history, a medication history, and more.

  • Identify your circadian & ultradian rhythms and the best methods to optimize them for your lifestyle

  • Explore your life story, including the high points, low points, fears, hopes, traumas, beliefs, interpersonal connections, etc.

  • Assess your Food Mood patterns and effects

  • Identify the small symptoms that point to our unconscious concerns, the ones that are really causing our anxiety, lethargy, depression, melancholy, irritability, anger, interpersonal struggles, etc.

  • Create an individualized Action Plan: i.e., goals and priorities, detox choices, food preferences, etc.

  • Identify the obstacles and strategies to stick with one’s Action Plan

  • High five and even laugh along the way.
